A Connecticut Culturally Blended Wedding

Share

classic bridal looks

The inspiration of a modern take on classic chinoiserie, a mixture of Eastern and Western stylistic elements, was born with a super gorgeous venue in mind, Hill-Stead Museum of Farmington, Connecticut. No other locale seemed more appropriate as a backdrop than the classic architecture of the grand home filled with great masters of the world. From the stunning florals from Azalea Floral Design to the Claire Pettibone gown everything about this shoot screams gorgeous!
See more more ideas on how you can blend culture to create brilliant beauty in your wedding in the full gallery here, artfully captured by Eric Foley Photography.

On the West Lawn we created a chic setting grounded in a fanciful Asian-inspired butterfly linen and jade patterned china, featuring luxurious metallic accents, preppy stationery, and striking seating. The gorgeous blooms atop shapely vases, infused the sunset colors of peach, tangerine, and cerise to the surroundings, bringing a sense of regal delight to the table.
