360 Cookware Review: Cooking Artichokes and Registry Essentials

Share

Kitchen scene with wine pots artichokes and cutting board

Essential Cookware for Your Registry

360 Cookware is the last cookware you’ll ever buy. That’s what they say, so we thought we’d put it to the test. We dabble in the kitchen a bit, so this trial was right up our alley. We sought out a little cooking inspiration from our friends over at Sprouted Kitchen who we knew would teach us to cook the perfect artichoke. Head over here for those directions. We skipped the aioli and opt for some parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.

Ingredients to prepare artichoke hearts recipe

2 artichokes
2 cups chicken broth
dried herbs of choice
lemons
butter
parmesan cheese
breadcrumbs 4 quart stockpot

Prepping fresh artichokes on a wooden cutting board

Prep your artichokes. We followed Sprouted Kitchen instructions and think they turned out very pretty.

Place face down in 360 Cookware 4 quart stockpot and simmer for 30 min. I can honestly say, I’ve never made an artichoke before this. I don’t know why I was scared, so silly.

Stuffing artichokes with cheese in a stainless pan

We transferred our artichokes into the sauté pan so we could melt our cheese. Yum! Don’t be afraid to get extra cheesy – there’s no wrong way.

We put these under heat at 350 just to melt and brown out cheese. Be sure to watch so you don’t set off the fire alarm.

Now you’re ready for some delicious artichokes. Sit down with someone you love and a nice glass of wine. Melt some butter, dip and enjoy!
