Colette’s Catering & Events is a boutique catering company located in Fullerton, CA. Our company was founded by its namesake, Colette Coffman over 20 years ago. What began as a small family company has continued to grow, and the result is a larger but still intimate family business. You can still find Colette in the kitchen crafting her father’s recipes side by side with their chefs today. Weddings are at the heart and soul of their company. There’s nothing that makes them happier then creating the perfect menu for each and every couple.
