The Pacific Northwest Offers Some of the Most Beautiful Flowers... and Hops!

A ceremonial arch was created using an abundance of hops (Yes, the stuff used to make beer!). The florist, Ivy May Floral, wanted to showcase a different type of greenery to create a fluffier, fuller arch that complimented the citrus-colored florals.

Hops and flowers were dangled above the al fresco dining table to create a whimsical romantic dining environment. And lots of fresh oranges, grapefruits and limes were included all throughout the design to create a fresh and sweet ambiance.

A Working Farm is a Location with Unique Beauty in the Details

Located on a working farm, the wedding space at Willow Garden Farm has vineyards of table grapes as the perfect backdrop to the ceremony set up, with glimpses of the mountains far off in the distance.

Suits, Dresses, and Accessories that Exude Romance

The couple was styled in fun and romantic pieces to create a light-hearted but formal aesthetic. Featured was a pink suit for the groom with no tie, and a floral-embellished dress from Made with Love Bridal for the bride. The dress also featured a beautiful leg slit, perfect for those hot summer evenings. The bride was accessorized with a cheeky polka dotted veil from Jane Rhyan and freshwater pearl earrings from Atelier Simone Martin, both handmade locally.

Creating a Chic, Yet Comfortable Cocktail Hour Area

Between the ceremony and reception dinner, a lounge area was featured under a canopy of vines with wicker chairs and rattan lanterns. It included a seating area and a drinks station perfect for guests to have custom cocktails and mingle while the ceremony space is transformed for dinner. Bite-sized macarons were served as a light dessert, perfect for a summer wedding. It's easy to envision an outdoor reception dinner with light meals, great wine, and good company.
