Originally built by an Italian race care driver in 1924 as one LA’s first automobile showrooms, Marvimon has reinvented itself as a stand alone super-loft. A 7,000 sq ft floor plan including a vertical garden courtyard. Located near Chinatown, surrounded by Elysian and State Historic Parks this centrally located building is also Green. Their strategically located oversized courtyard doors and skylights are passive lighting, cooling and heating elements that minimize energy usage throughout the year.

Hi, it’s Jen! :) I actually got my dress in Santa Monica, so not a family heirloom unfortunately. It’s from 1918, and fit me like a glove – no alterations necessary. The store is located on Main St, and called "Paris 1900". I highly recommend it, they also have some beautiful vintage-inspired dresses.
