With the help of SixteenFourteen Events, a Filipino-owned planning and design company, Ashley and Julius curated a celebration that was as intentional as it was vibrant. The couple made it a point to work with a creative team and vendors who shared their cultural roots, ensuring that their wedding was not only a reflection of their love but also a celebration of their Filipino identity. From the ceremony arch crafted with traditional pamaypay (hand fans) and bilao (woven trays) to the colorful Pinoy tricycle that carried them off into the sunset as newlyweds, every detail was a heartfelt nod to their heritage.

The reception was a feast for the senses, blending tropical flair with disco-inspired glam. Guests were treated to a show-stopping sari-sari store spread, complete with the couple’s favorite Filipino snacks, including the beloved Jollibee Peach Mango Pie. As the night went on, the party kept going with a late-night snack spread featuring iconic Filipino favorites like lechon (roast pig) and lumpia (spring rolls), alongside crowd-pleasing tacos—a perfect fusion of flavors to keep everyone dancing.

For the ceremony, Ashley stunned in a chic minimalist crepe gown with a sexy thigh-high split and corset detailing on the bodice. Her bridesmaids sported the color palette, wearing a mix of sunset colors in shades of orange, yellow, and pink. Julius went with a deep navy suit and an elegant blush necktie. Later in the evening, the two honored Filipino traditions, with Ashley donning a lace bolero with traditional sleeves and Julius in a Barong Tagalog.
