Summer Wedding Classic at The Whaling Museum / September 12, 2009

Share

Another great wedding from my Kate Parker Wedding.  MA wedding florist, Chad Michael Peters is so talented, flowers are just the tip of the iceberg of what he offers his clients.  I wanted to share this wedding for it’s classic New England color palate and a really unique venue, the The Whaling Museum!  Here are some brief thoughts from Chad himself on the wedding plans and design, make sure you click here to view the entire featured wedding on my Kate Parker Wedding!

I got the great chance to work with long time Rochester friends on the wedding of Mary and Barrett. It was so fun over the course of the year and a half planning out her details such as flowers, and menu, chit chatting about this escort card style and what type of table numbers should be laid out for the guests. As a wedding planner I always want the details to be beautiful AND reflect the personalities of the bride, her family and the groom. This wedding was just that. With a love for sailing and a backdrop of the Beverly Yacht Club and the groom’s amazing sailboat as a backdrop for formal pictures it just all came together so amazingly well.

A fresh and lovely color palate to start the wedding- shades of yellow and navy, classic New England charm!

The Whaling Museum- what a unique venue- check out that whale skeleton!

I love umbrella images with weddings, they make such great props!

Another New England wedding staple- boat totes.  Complete with a custom monogram and stuffed with Chad Michael Peter’s beautiful bouquets.
