A stormy weather forecast didn’t stop Ashima + Alex from celebrating their dream wedding! Under the covered rooftop terrace at The Peachtree Club in downtown Atlanta, these two said their “I dos” with all of their loved ones in attendance.
Their gorgeous day came together with pops of red, gold, and soft candlelight. The bride looked GORG in her lace wedding dress from Augusta Jones and a bold red lip to match her bouquet. From Authentic Collective: Although the day was cold, rainy and extremely windy- it was nothing short of a dream. Since The Peachtree Club, a swanky venue on the top of the 999 Piedmont building, has a covered rooftop terrace we were still able to have an outdoor ceremony! The ceremony was held among the clouds in midtown Atlanta with beautiful skyline views in all directions. Alex’s groomsmen did the ever classic Saber Arch for Ashima & Alex following the ceremony.
how they met
From the groom: I’m not sure where to exactly begin with “Our Story” except to talk about the extraordinary circumstances and the chances it took for Ashima and I to meet! In short, Ashima was a medical student in India who was conducting her hospital rotations in America. On the other hand, I had just changed my duty station that happened to put me in the right place and the right time to meet Ashima.
