Morgan and Owen’s wedding day wish list consisted of the following – a day filled with love, their guests had a ridiculously fun time, and their entire event will be outdoors. The couple loves being outside, and having an open-air wedding day was very important to them. Finding the ideal venue was a must!
While searching for wedding venues, they came across the perfect place,
Cypress Falls Event Center. Which is known as “the jewel of Texas Hill Country.” It had everything Morgan and Owen needed, including – getting ready rooms, house bar, lighting/sound, and house wedding planning. Bonus! The venue is an indoor/ outdoor facility, so if the weather did turn, they could seamlessly move their wedding indoors if needed.

Cute Getting Ready Room

Wedding Party Fashion
When it came to fashion Morgan chose a beautiful dress with floral applique and a custom made veil with pearl attached to it. Owen’s birthstone is peal.
Her something blue for her was a message from Owen written on the bottom of her heel in blue ink! Her bridesmaids all wore the same color but, were able to pick different styles from
Show Me Your Mumu.
Morgan had small frame of loved ones who could not be at her wedding hanging from her wedding bouquet. We found small copper frames for your wedding bouquet on Etsy. You can shop them here.

The Wedding Florals
Floral Fetish made sure all the flowers, from tables to bouquets (or floral hoops for the bridal party), was a perfect spring mix of greenery, lavender, and roses. They even made a huge garland that covered their entire circle arch! Keep scrolling to see the baby’s breath and greenery circle wedding backdrop.
Custom Wedding Veil
Morgan had a custom veil made. She had pearls embodied in it. Owen’s birthstone is a pearl. You can see how beautiful it is below.
Nostalgia Dinner
For dinner the couple decided to go with
Root Cellar Catering Co. as it was the place of one of their first dates!
Their food is made from scratch and locally sourced, giving you the sense that every bite is straight from the root. You can have items like Watermelon cotijo salad and low Cooked Albondigas & Chorizo Hash. Their wedding catering menu sounds delicious.
Vintage Bottle Opener Wedding Favor
Each guest had a vintage key shaped bottle opener at their seat. A kraft label that read “the key to love and happiness is the ability to open a bottle”. We found a similar vintage skeleton key bottle opener on Etsy.

Dessert Table
When it came to desserts Morgan and Owen got a few different options from
Root Cellar Bakery, they had one beautiful cake and a few different pie options. Take note of the wedding inspired, cake cutter and pie server.
Beer Boroughs
During cocktail hour the couple decided to really wow their guests with beer boroughs from
Ralph Fishser Photo Animals. All of the guest had so much fun getting drinks from them and taking pictures with them. Ralph also has Bee Cave Bob The Armadillo to share with your guests as well. She looks pretty darn cute!

Bride and Groom Favorite Moment
Looking back at their wedding Morgan and Owen said their favorite memory was the toasts. “Everyone gathered in a circle next to the stage outside and our Maid of Honor, Best Man and Morgan’s Dad gave the most hilarious, heartfelt speeches.
All of our guests were engaged, laughing and crying. It was a special moment.” said Morgan. Overall this wedding was a beautiful celebration of Morgan and Owens love and we would love to be able to share it with other people as well!
