His grocery shopping was always fairly light. First, it was a couple apples and maybe a head of lettuce… then a few days later a bag a chips and an orange. Stefen would find any excuse to come into the store so he could visit with Lael, the cute checker in lane 2. In the end, his persistence and constant need for groceries won Lael’s heart. So, it was only right that our first stop in their engagement session was the grocery store.
