Now, This Is What A Modern-Day Wedding Looks Like
This wedding gives us backyard wedding vibes (if your house was a sprawling villa in Croatia). It has all of the intimacy and warmth of a family gathering but in a ridiculously scenic location. It is the epitome of a modern wedding-a couple exchanging vows in front of their nearest and dearest, giving them an unforgettable meal, and a night to remember.

THE DESTINATION
Our dear newlyweds Georgina and Justin searched and considered countless wedding venues around Europe before finally settling on Villa Poropati in Istria, Croatia. It was love at first sight! As they opted for a destination wedding in Croatia, Georgina and Justin decided to seek help with planning their wedding from Flammeum, a wedding planning agency in Croatia.
THE DESIGN
As wedding flower arrangements, Georgina chose peonies in ivory and white colors and enriched them with a lot of greenery. The wedding arch was also made up of peonies and greenery. It was one of the most amazing arches that we have ever witnessed.
We worked closely with Studio Brzak to realize Georgina's desired design. They provided modern transparent chairs to offer comfort for the guests during the wedding ceremony. The old-fashioned red carpet led our British newlyweds on their way to the wedding arch.
Gorgeous nature and woods surrounded the ceremony location, Breeze of Fervor at Villa Poropati, which made the setup visually stunning. The entire space was decorated in a rustic style, intertwined with elegance and modern elements, which kept it looking magical and completely timeless. The wedding ceremony looked like it was from the most beautiful fairytale. It was full of tears of joy and laughter, and many beautiful details that would make you burst into tears in an instant.
Zara Clarke's keen eye and camera didn't miss any emotion during the wedding. The crew from Wildfire Wedding Films shot and composed a video of Georgina and Justin's wedding. They included nice shots from the eagle's perspective.
We regularly plan for bad weather, so we recommended that the newlyweds rent a transparent tent from Altera. The tent was placed right next to the pool and served as a dining hall as well as a dance floor. The crew from Dboki designed the lighting and audio setup. Studio Kontuš placed their photobooth at the tent's entrance.
The centerpieces on the dinner tables were quite simple but very elegant. They contained baby’s-breath, eucalyptus, and silver elements. The decorator created hanging installations of greenery above every table. Skilled decorators from Studio Brzak made sure that everything was perfect. They designed and created the amazing flower setup for Georgina’s and Justin’s wedding day.
THE ATTIRE
Georgina, wore a simple and elegant wedding dress by Pronovias Barcelona. Georgina looked spectacular while walking down the aisle, hand in hand with her father. The long veil on her head followed her path. The moment when Justin saw Georgina for the first time was very special and filled with emotions.
Lovely bridesmaids wore long dresses in pastel pink colors. Bridesmaids’ bouquets were made from baby’s-breath (gypsophila). Georgina and Justin decided to use the same flowers for the table centerpieces and in the girl’s hair accessories. Using the same flowers really tied the whole wedding decoration together. Helena Šoljan was responsible for Georgina's and the bridesmaids' makeup. Justin and his groomsmen were all dressed in black suits. Their presence left a lasting impression and their performance was fantastic. In combination with cheerful bridesmaids, they all looked dazzling.
THE MEAL
Besides the perfect wedding venue, amazing decoration, and marvelous lighting, one of the most important parts of the wedding day (according to the wedding couple) was an exceptional meal that they could share with their guests. Most of the wedding guests flew all the way from Great Britain to celebrate Georgina and Justin's wedding in Croatia, so Georgina and Justin wanted to give them a dinner that they would never forget. The menu was Iranian and the caterer Olea prepared a phenomenal wedding dinner with the meals selected by newlyweds.
The amazing wedding cake completed the wedding dinner. The newlyweds relied on the pastry shop, Isidora Patisserie, to provide the wedding cake- a naked cake with a combination of red velvet and chocolate flavors. It was not the only sweet part of the evening; the newlyweds also had a sweet corner for their guests. Once again, the professional staff of Isidora Patisserie succeeded at keeping the sweet corner filled with plenty of tasteful muffins, cream cups, macarons, and other delicacies.
The wedding celebration continued with non-stop dancing until the early morning hours.
