Private island engagement
From the beautiful bride, Jacqui: We met in sunny Los Angeles where I am from. We were both at a lounge in Hollywood called The Sky Bar. Dave came up to me and I instantly fell for his Aussie accent! The proposal was magical! It was pretty much like winning The Bachelor. Dave took me to a private island in Cairns, QLD (great barrier reef) and there was a drone capturing the whole thing.
seeing it all come to light
We pretty much just let the Bliss team go nuts with our romantic boho inspo! We made cute signs for the bars “drink menu”, and I wanted bright fuchsia mixed with soft pinks and whites and a touch of greenery. My beautiful mom sadly passed away exactly one month after our wedding. It was a dream come true having her walk me down the aisle. She was so pleased with how everything looked. We talked for months about wedding ideas and seeing it come to light was truly amazing.
