Mook/Aro Wedding 6/15/2019

Patricia and Brandon had the best happy energy, the most beautiful weather, and the most detail oriented weekend you could possibly imagine. Their hotel welcome bags were filled to the brim with something salty - MD Old Bay Route 11 chips, something sweet, something savory, and featured hand written thank you notes to every single guest from the bride herself. From a their fairytale ceremony at the US Naval Academy chapel where their guests were greeted with frozen basil lemonade flavored popsicles to their one of kind bright, bold + modern custom photo booth backdrop, they took Annapolis weddings to whole new level.

They didn't do a first look, but opted for a moment where they would exchange notes to one another. It was teary-eyed and everything warm. Brandon wrote on the back of a deck of 52 cards just a few of the reasons he wanted to marry Patricia while she wrote him the sweetest letter.

Some things that were special to Patricia - her "something blue" was a blue topaz ring from her grandmother on her dad's side, her bouquet held a simple yellow tulip that was in place to commemorate her grandmother on her mom's side, her garter was made of the materials from both her mom and her mother-in-law's garters along with her husbands Navy uniform name patch

They exited the ceremony in a vintage Rolls Royce and took pictures around the Naval Academy grounds where so much of their love story was originated in. Brandon met Patricia while in his second year at the academy on Bumble and they often described their weeknight dinners much like Romeo & Juliet style. Patricia would literally drop off food and kiss Brandon through the wrought iron gates after driving hours to see him for just a couple minutes before the sun would set. These were the stories that got to us!

Their reception was a breakfast for dinner menu as this was Brandon & Patricia's favorite go to meal. They had a sip + be seated station featuring elderberry bellini's, a french toast dippers to warm things up during cocktail hour, and a fresh omelet bar, to keep their guests fueled to dance the night away. But the yummy didn't stop there, their cake was topped with the gold accented donuts to go along with their themed donut wall (that the bride and groom built themselves!)

Their energy was never ending and the glow on their faces was so very real. Brandon and Patricia's day is one we won't forget!
