A 7,000 sq ft floor plan including a vertical garden courtyard. Located near Chinatown, surrounded by Elysian and State Historic Parks this centrally located building is also Green. Their strategically located oversized courtyard doors and skylights are passive lighting, cooling and heating elements that minimize energy usage throughout the year.
A few photos of the venue to give you an idea of this lovely space.
