Martha’s Vineyard Wedding- Patience and Matt

Share

For our featured Classic wedding today from my Kate Parker Wedding, we are so excited to show you this simple and beautiful wedding from ME and NH wedding photographer Audra Bayette.  A very quinessential New England wedding destination, this couple decided on Martha’s Vineyard for their ceremony and reception location.  Check out the details from Audra below, and click here to view the entire featured wedding!  Enjoy the images, KP

Patience and Matt had a emotional joy filled wedding with family and friends at a private residence in Martha’s Vineyard.  The grounds have been in the grooms family for years and he had always wanted to get married at the little gazebo on the property.  The wedding was perfectly planned and executed in a few short months after Matt proposed in the spring on a trip to Nicaragua – proof that you can plan an awesome wedding in 4 short months!
From the bus that brought guests to the ceremony/reception site to the flowers that were chosen for the event everything was a tribute to the Vineyard – their favorite summer place.

I love the passion in this image and the lighting is amazing- so romantic!

Hydrangea is a staple flower for New England weddings- and the variegated blue is among the most popular varietiety.

I love creative rings shots.  This is so simple and chic, love how you notice the lines of the granite striation and the rows of diamonds!

A must for a destination wedding is providing transportation for your guests.  A school bus is a quirky and fun way to have your guests get to your wedding festivities.
