After working in the Italian fashion industry for almost a decade, this bride knew she exactly the bespoke and show-stopping gown she envisioned for her grand ceremony in Greece! She sought out a daring designer that could bring her dream sketch to life and Drenusha Xharra was the most perfect fit. Her iconic pastel pink gown is a floral dream and centerpiece, inspiring the summer palette floral design of the entire wedding day.

Couture gown, lovingly handmade by Drenusha Xharra
Bride, Kate, has always actively followed new designers from across the world, but had come across made-to-measure couture brands from Kosovo (where her husband is from) on social media platforms, spotting them at various Hollywood events, film festivals, and European fashion. While she was modeling Kosovar designer Drenusha Xharra's new collection, she fell instantly in love and chose to entrust the incredibly talented designer with the task of creating her dream wedding dress.
As pink is not a typical bridal color, Kate was so excited to collaborate with a designer who would take creative risks to bring this vision to reality! Each flower on the couture gown was lovingly handmade by Drenusha Xharra, taking almost a year to make the bride's "most significant fashion dream" a reality. As a friend of the brand, her custom gown was priced at 6500 euro.
Sunset palette floral ceremony
The couple's family traveled from all over the world to witness their romantic ceremony, overlooking When looking for an event designer that could create a ceremony as visually striking as the wedding gown, meeting Maria of Tietheknot Santorini felt like destiny. The design agency put meticulous detail into fulfilling the couple's needs and desires; they aimed to match the colors of the Santorini sunset with the striking floral design by Li - Li Lab, creating a fairytale ambiance with a vibrant and colorful palette.
Etnik and Kate were actually childhood sweethearts before their stunning island nuptials! They met as teenagers during their family summer vacations in Europe and kept a long-distance relationship in different countries for over a decade before parting to pursue their studies and ambitions. The two reconnected over Instagram, of all places, and knew that it was destiny for them to be together. The bride believes that if you have the chance to build a life with your first love you should never let it slip away!
After their ceremony Raffi, the couple's adorable black-tie adorned puppy, joined them for private vows to each other. Their wedding wouldn't have felt complete without their furry friend, who is a cherished member of their family!

We're absolutely blown away by how perfectly Kate's gown and florals matched the sunset over Santorini - pinks, purples, greens, and oranges cascaded against the island skies. The warm palette created such a vibrant and welcoming design!

The breathtaking views of the Santorini volcano and caldera made Rocabella Santorini the most scenic destination for a luxurious yet intimate reception for the gorgeous couple and their closest family. Tietheknot Santorini designed an exquisitely glamorous and modern evening, with a hand-selected Santorini vendor team - creating a sense of effortless magic. The curved floral hanging chandeliers were an absolutely jaw-dropping touch by Li - Li Lab.
Advice from the bride:
"Two years ago, on our Valentine's Day getaway to the Italian Alps, Etnik proposed to me, and I gladly said yes! I made the bold decision to take the risk of moving to a new country, learning a new language, changing my career, and focusing on building our own beautiful and happy family, just as we had imagined when we were kids. Looking back, I can confidently say that every second was worth it. Sometimes, we all need a little bravery and should be willing to take risks for our happiness. When your heart tells you that something is right, you should heed that call carefully."
The couple's fabulous reception dinner included an entirely locally-crafted Greek menu and this gorgeous modern cake featuring local summer berries and organic buttercream. A live jazz rendition of Ed Sheeran's "Perfect" was a deeply personal and romantic first dance song for the pair.
A luxurious send off for a dream wedding
The incredible night would not have been complete without a luxurious champagne tower and fireworks exit for this beautiful couple! The bride could not have looked more radiant in the couture dress of her dreams during the lavish send-off.
