Before they were even engaged Lindsay and Lorne knew they wanted a destination wedding that would bring their family and friends from Vancouver and Calgary together. Osoyoos, BC was the perfect spot, and the gorgeous Spirit Ridge Vineyard & Resort would provide ample opportunities for guests to enjoy nearby wineries and resort amenities like golf in between the wedding festivities.
Spirit Ridge was perfect backdrop for a color palette of peach, pink, and mint green which extended from the flowers to the bridesmaid dresses and decor at the reception. The Smitten Events team transformed Spirit Ridge’s conference center into a stylish, family-style wedding featuring grey chevron table runners made by the Bride, hundreds of bud vases filled with fragrant blooms, and candles covering every surface. Personal touches like signage, a giant candy bar, and gold sprayed-painted antlers made the wedding feel true to Lindsay and Lorne.
