Rebecca and Ruben’s wedding weekend was truly a dream. Throughout the weekend, they brought their guests along for the adventure, traveling by speedboat, sprinter, and catamaran, experiencing some of the most stunning resorts and villas across the island of St. Lucia. From the welcome party to the rehearsal dinner to the post-wedding after-party, every moment felt like a curated escape. Planned with the help of Kelci Leigh Events and Thouzand.Wordz, and hosted at La Belle Helene, it’s easy to see why the Pitons are one of the most desirable locations in the area for “I do’s!”
Custom welcome gift bags
Guests were welcomed with thoughtfully assembled gift bags, including custom-designed silk scarves, setting the tone for a weekend full of intention and warmth.
Patterns & prints: white with blue florals
The bridesmaids opted for elegant white and blue floral dresses with parasols to help shade them from the island sun.
Unique accessory: Romanian lace veil
Rebecca’s ceremony look included a Romanian lace veil she picked out with her mom in Bucharest as a tribute to her family’s heritage.
Groom’s style: classic black + bowties
Ruben and his groomsmen donned classic black suits with bowties.

Catamaran cocktail hour
After the thoughtful outdoor ceremony, the celebration continued with a catamaran ride back to the hotel on the north side of the island, where everyone danced barefoot under the stars.
Handwritten letters for every guest
Every element was chosen with meaning. The couple placed handwritten letters at each guest’s seat and shared a surprise parent dance with Rebecca’s mom and Ruben’s dad to “Forever Young.”
Pet-inspired cocktails
Throughout the weekend, the couple’s signature cocktails added a playful and personal touch, including the “Hugo Spritz,” a citrusy nod to their beloved tabby cat.
