I Do Venues: Marin Art and Garden Center in Ross

Share

Photography By: Julie Mikos

Summary

The Marin Art and Garden Center is nestled 15 miles north of the Golden Gate Bridge in the quaint town of Ross. The small town covers only 1.5 square miles, but it’s wonderfully eclectic and rich with history. The Art and Garden Center resides on 11 acres of this refreshing community and remains a focal point of timeless activity. This distinctive property encompasses an abundance of romantic settings for a bride and her groom to host a truly unique celebration. The expansive grounds allow your guests to mix and mingle freely and can easily accommodate over 200 guests.

I Do Venues can honestly say there is no color which fails to work well here, and we love seeing many colors used together throughout the space. One of our favorite combinations is an orange and peach accompanied by the natural greens and browns found in the surrounding gardens. This diverse color palette is great because it can be utilized in either vibrant or muted tones. Cooler color selections create a softer vintage look, while jewel tones such as berry, plum, or violet will give you more pop against the garden’s soft shades of green.
