Despina and Aaron’s wedding can only be described as a magical glamour bomb. In the middle of Greece in Pyrgos Petreza, everything was perfect: the lights, the decor, the colors, and the dress code.

A custom-made dress (or 3!) adds to the glamour of the day
Despina travelled to the Netherlands 3 separate times for her dress fittings with Bloomfeld Luxury Bridal. The amazing talent at Bloomfeld helped her bring her vision to life! She wore a custom-made Berta gown created by Bloomfeld Couture.
Planning a gorgeous wedding day doesn’t have to take a year or more
Bride and groom, Despina and Aaron, met in school at 15 and 16 years old. While they weren’t really friends in school, a mutual friend put them in touch about 10 years later, and the rest was history! Despina knew Aaron was her soulmate when they re-met.
Aaron proposed on a private island in the Maldives during November of 2021. The couple then spent about 8 months planning the wedding and getting the bride’s dress made. They travelled to Athens for a food and wine tasting, to meet with their wedding planner, and to check out the venue itself.

A chic style can be created by playing off of the setting’s natural colors
To create this style of editorial photo, the photographer played off of the natural colors of the Greek sun and surroundings, hardly changing the colors and instead just editing them to be a little softer. The flash was the finishing touch to create this typical Wedding Novelle look.
Blending traditions makes the day extra special
If you asked the couple what made their day so special, they would say it was all of their family coming from around the world, including: Trinidad, Albania, New York, Canada, London, and Dubai. They were able to incorporate all of these cultures by mixing Albanian, Greek, English, and Trinidadian cultures throughout their incredible day!
