Our next couple traveled all the way from Switzerland to Italy for their destination nuptials at the lovely Casa Cornacchi Country House in Tuscany. Their beautiful decor featured several details we love, including bundles of babies breath throughout and mini tins of olive oil as favors.

From Les Amis Photo: Destination weddings are always challenging, but with the right help everything will turn out perfect in the end. When you arrive in Tuscany, good food, good wine and the warm sun will always confirm you made the right choice. Everything starts with researching the venues, until you finally find your perfect place, the one you feel is yours. This happened to Gianna & Petre when they came all the way from Switzerland to celebrate their wedding in a warm italian atmosphere.
Guests enjoyed the “dolcevita” cocktail time, around the pool, pimping their prosecco and listening to the superb voice of Fathima and the soul kitchens surrounded by the most beautiful tuscan view. Rustic but with a romantic touch, the style of the set up couldn’t get more real and Tuscan.
Everything from invitations to ceremony booklets, fans, handkerchiefs, menu, place cards, sparkles was customized with craft paper and hand crafted details. Flowers were created for the bride by her aunt Anke, who is a very well know florist back in Germany, where she lives. Anke spent her time to set all the flowers in tiny campari bottles (the typical italian aperitif) and mixed vases, with fruity touches, such as figs, grapes and berries, turning the table into an actual nature feast.
Tuscany was all around, organic and real, also in the jaw dropping cake table, full of italian bignè, of all flavors and shapes, perfectly arranged on wood plates and etangerè, decorated with custom made tiny flags. The cake was the star of the table, simple and perfect, with a gorgeous sugar flower and a golden cake topper. The customized olive oil tins, arranged on wooden swings, attached to an olive tree, were the perfect wedding favor, filled with the genuine olive oil of the property. A true piece of Tuscany to bring back home, but only after dancing.
