Alexa enlisted her mother, Diana, to execute her vision for their upscale Arizona wedding. The mother and daughter duo planned the entire event from start to finish. Custom Tuxedo Jacket
Jacob wore a custom-lined jacket with photos and song lyrics from Alexa. The back of his coat, which you can view below, is embroidered with, ” It was Always You.” Another personalized touch to their incredible day.
First Look At The Reception
Alexa, Jacob, and Diana all walked in together to sneak a first look at the reception space. A ballerina perched a block for guests to enjoy another personal touch that paid homage for Alexa’s love of dance.
On Point Wedding Reception Decor
Alexa and Diana took the country club to the next level. All the tables were beyond perfect. Each table setting had personalized circle menus, custom linens, and lush floral arrangements designed by

The lighting was on-point. A majestic candelabra with romantic candles stood front and center at the head table. Chandeliers hung from the trees to elevate the space even more, and bistro lights twinkled throughout the courtyard.
Statement Ice Block
A statement ice block was the backdrop to the event, complete with the couple’s initials, custom footballs, florals, and princess crowns. A gorgeous piece that tied their entire theme together.
Floating Wedding Cake
Alexa and Jacob’s day was luxe, including their floating wedding cake. The couple’s 6-tier wedding cake adorned with feathers, silver sparkles, and white rose petals was perfectly suspended in mid-air.
Seating Area
Fashionable seating areas with stunning arrangements were tucked away for guests to relax. A lovely remembrance table was created for all the guests to see photos of relatives.
Custom photo drink toppers
Custom photo drink toppers, and cocktails were passed out while guests enjoyed a live band.
Surprise Wedding Guest
After guests enjoyed the night, a surprise guest came arrived. Since Jacob was a college and NFL football player and is now a college football coach, at Oregon State University, it was very fitting to include Wilbur the University of Arizona mascot. Alexa surprised Jacob and did a quick outfit change into a custom jumpsuit made in Dubai.
Getaway Car
The couple was were sent off with tons of beautiful white rose petals and drove off in a 1961 Rolls Royce for their getaway car. Their day was beyond perfect.
