Steal worthy idea
Organization was key to making the venue decorating go smoothly. Before the wedding, I spent a whole day setting up every table decoration on a mock table. I labeled the table, took a picture, and put every decoration needed for that table in one box. I then had the picture printed and put it in the corresponding box. So, on day of the wedding, my helpers just had to get a box, take out the picture and everything they needed to make the table decoration look like the picture was right there in the box. This made it so much easier on everyone. I also did this for the sign in table, bride cake table, and bar area.
A bit about the venue
Stone Oak Ranch is located in Murchison, Texas and is on 40 acres of beautiful East Texas land. They offer two different locations for a ceremony spot and Kellie and Dallas chose the rustic outdoor chapel to say their I dos. The reception is held in a spacious barn with high ceilings and twinkling lights and chandeliers. They danced the night away to a mix of Texas country and top hits! The night ended perfectly with an amazing firework show outside on a beautiful summer night!
