the vision: bright and funky
Allie and Carl met on spring break in Cabo in 2016, so the gorgeous Flora Farms in Cabo felt like their perfect venue (in fact, Allie told her dad on a visit to the farm with her family, “I’ll get married here someday!”). With the help of Lynette Dow Events and Cristina G Florals, the bride wanted to bring bright colors, whimsical florals, and funky patterns into the wedding aesthetic, which felt like a perfect fit for the venue.

Allie and her ladies lounged by the pool as they sipped their coffee before diving into hair and makeup. Then, Allie surprised her bridesmaids with what is probably our favorite thank-you gift, permanent bracelets!
the fashion
For their tropical wedding, Allie fell in love with a stunning strapless ballgown made of a modern embroidered lace. The sheer fabric was perfect for the beachy vibe and revealed the intricate corsetry on the bodice and a peek of the barely-there peach lining. The bridesmaids complemented her look beautifully in all the shades of the sunset. Carl wore a chic linen suit in the same shade as the powdery sands of the beach.

We can’t get enough of these custom dance floors; each one we come across is better than the last. With its classic checkered pattern in the perfect shade of pink, we just love what a moment it is and how it blends perfectly with the color palette! Oh, and we need to mention how epic their first dance was. Allie’s brother, who is a professional dancer, choreographed it—how sweet is that!?!
