Kelsey & Dylan's wedding celebrations spanned over 3 days with 3 completely different events. With so many venues and locations to choose from in Marrakech, opting for a long weekend made sure they were fully present with their guests to celebrate in a multitude of ways. Our couple chose to have an intimate gathering with close friends and family which made their wedding all the more personal.
Making the wedding day truly memorable for their guests was their choice of authentic Moroccan cuisine and signature cocktails made by a mixologist specialist. Not to mention an adventurous surprise dance during the wedding day to mesmerise their guests!
With Kelsey being an interior designer, we knew this wedding would be what future brides will be saving on Pinterest. We chose handcrafted Moroccan decor pieces as well as carefully selected vintage items to create stunning tablescapes and ceremony decor, keeping to the colour scheme of beige; earthy tones, nude and white for a modern boho vibe.
And we can't forget to mention the scenery. The vast and beautiful Agafay desert with the Atlas mountains is the most striking and out-of-this-world backdrop. For their couple photos, they immersed themselves in the magic and wonder of the desert, spending some quality time together in the most beautiful setting.
This multi-cultural wedding was full of intricate details, and elegant floral arrangements with the addition of traditional Moroccan wedding traditions. Kelsey had a delicate henna tattoo created by a local artist ready for the wedding ceremony, and they chose to entertain their guests with traditional gnawa music. The fusion of American and Moroccan styles and customs made this wedding unique and magical.
Kelsey and Dylan had their first look in the stunning luxury hotel Palais Namskar, nestled between the desert and the impressive mountains. This was the perfect backdrop for the couple to share a special moment together surrounded by unique Moroccan architecture and design they both love.
The Bride & Groom decided that they wanted a really aesthetic wedding and for that to be reflected in their photos. To achieve this, they asked their guests to wear certain colours to each event. This was a great way to help create the right vibe and colours for their wedding photos.
Being an adventurous couple that met while travelling, they couldn't help but add some activities to their wedding. With a grand entrance to their rehearsal dinner on camel back, this won't be forgotten anytime soon!
