Mehendi
Its tea time, love.
It’s pastel blooms galore here, as we share the incredible Mehendi of Sanya and Gandharv with you. With everything vintage, classic, modern boho undertones and romance, heaps and heaps of romance!
It was an ethereal, European-inspired dream come to life right in the heart of Udaipur. Lush green foliage, bell jars and teacups were set for a Victorian-era inspired brunch tea party in the drawing rooms of an Indian Palace to welcome the family and guests alike!
Sangeet
Bedouin Love Story is inspired by the more natural and textured side of Moroccan styling, in a wild overgrown meadow in the mountains of Udaipur, India. A trend that comes with an appreciation for stripped-back decor, neutral colors and earthy tones. Lush red roses, monogrammed pillows on intricately carved settees, glowing floor candles and rustic lanterns, Berber rugs, low chakki tables, poufs, cushions and lanterns crowded the meadow creating the coziest nomadic style chill-out lounge.
Vintage chairs, burgundy hued tablecloths and candlelit brass tableware remind us of al fresco suppers served for Indian royalty. Taking center stage is our canopy of assorted teardrop chandeliers that light the stage for the evening’s performances, create an opulent sight to behold!
THE WEDDING
A warm summer’s evening. A pop of marigold and the moments that make up a marriage.
We used every inch of the lush palace and brought that garden feel inside the palace courtyard tent with hanging greenery and tons of marigolds. In the heart of Udaipur, India stood the bride Sanya and the groom Gandharv, in an open altar ceremony drenched in summer’s golden light, ready to say their vows. Surrounded by the golden local florals of the summer season, and the stunning views of
Fatehgarh Palace, it was the perfect evening.
WEDDING RECEPTION
Old Hollywood vibes with art deco motifs to realize the Great Gatsby reception. An homage to Art Deco, this styled event features a sleek gold and black color palette in the fittingly romantic setting of Udaipur.
The glamorous affair consisted of black linens, cutlery, chargers and glasses, accentuated by pops of pampas grass with florals and greenery in disco balls and glass accents. For cocktail hour, guests indulged in passed hors d’oeuvres and found they’re names off a greenery-filled wall and champagne glasses. Accents of chandeliers, pearls and crystals were used while still maintaining an elevated and sophisticated feel, it turned out to be a magical day that we’ll cherish forever!
