A Glam Outdoor Wedding That Was Worth The Wait

A Glam Outdoor Wedding That Was Worth the Wait

This beautiful outdoor wedding is full of gorgeous details like the bride's sheer lace dress and the custom sketches that appeared throughout. With citrus accents, celebratory tequila shots, and glowing rays of sunshine, this summer wedding is everything you'd hope it would be! This couple finally got the wedding they deserved after having to postpone the celebration for over a year. By the looks of it, it was well worth the wait.

Alesha De La Cruz was with them from the beginning and helped them create a wedding design that would work with whatever date COVID threw their way. Dragon Point was made for outdoor weddings and it's easy to see why...that view!!! These all-white florals by Third And Park got a special summer zest with fresh oranges scattered here and there. Ryan Films SD was there to film as this special day unfolded and Kara Reynolds Photography took these dreamy light-washed photos. WORTH THE WAIT

A Glam Outdoor Wedding That Was Worth the Wait

Vanessa and Gerry had their dream wedding day that was a long time coming. They started working with De la Planning in April of 2019, thinking their wedding would be just one year later in May 2020. That all changed and eventually the wedding day was moved to July 2021. They did decide to officially tie the knot during the pandemic but held on to hope for their celebration with family and friends and it was worth the wait.

They each spent the morning with their closest friends and family before seeing each other at the altar to renew their vows. The wedding took place at Dragon Point overlooking a breathtaking view with a gorgeous arch created by Third and Park. Alesha from De la Planning and Alex with Third And Park worked together to create a beautiful wedding design with subtle hints of citrus bringing in a touch of summer. Throughout the day, there were many personal touches special to the couple like a custom-drawn portrait of them at the welcome table and tequila shots for guests as they took their seats for dinner.
