• Set up of all tables and chairs for reception. Please note: Chairs will be placed one time by the venue.  If chairs are placed for an outdoor ceremony prior to the reception, it will be the responsibility of the Renter or Renter’s caterer to relocate ceremony chairs to the reception area.
• Restrooms:  women’s includes 3 stalls, men’s includes 2 stalls & 3 urinals, a single ADA unisex bathroom is available in the La Posada Lounge
• Professional parking attendants are contracted by LLR and included in the venue rental fee.

You are welcome to bring your own alcohol. All alcohol must be served by a licensed caterer, contracted bartender or bartending service.  Cash Bars selling alcohol, an ABC license must be obtained and presented to us.
