Booking Jamie for our destination wedding was one of the best decisions we made! I came across her work on Instagram and immediately resonated with her style - edgy, fun and journalistic. On our big day she made us both feel so comfortable in front of the camera, capturing the true emotion of the day and gently suggesting prompts and ideas for great shots. We booked her for a 8 full hours and she didn't miss a beat, she captured AMAZING shots all day; from the bridal suites to ceremony, formal family photos and even fun cocktail hour shots at Peppermill. We received a set of sneak peeks the morning after the wedding, which were so special to see. We couldn't recommend her more and are so thankful that we invested in such a fabulous photographer. Jamie, thank you for capturing images that we will cherish for decades to come!

     

Oh my gosh. I'm so incredibly happy that I found Jamie through instagram. My husband and I abruptly decided to get married earlier this year so we only had about 5-6 months to plan a wedding. For the actual ceremony, we were stuck booking through the venue so I knew I wanted really special photos from a photographer that had the aesthetics I was looking for. From the beginning, Jamie was so responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Some of the sites we wanted to take photos at were decommissioned or just had no availability (which was kind of a stressor) but we trusted Jamie to show us around downtown to take some fun pictures. She was even able to snag a few photos with our dog! She also keeps her instagram up to date (which is where I found out some spots were closed).

Lastly I can't believe how fast she was in getting us sneak peaks. I didn't expect the quick turnaround so I was SOOO happy to see those.

The only major regret I have was not being able to book for an additional hour! We totally would have if we weren't on such a time constraint. Please consider Jamie for your next wedding/engagement/elopement or even just all around fun photoshoot.

     

From the beginning we knew that traditional wasn't our style. We came across a photo Jamie took when searching for elopement ideas and were immediately sold on the Vegas idea if we could get our hands on Jamie! Choosing her as our elopement photographer was definitely the best decision we've made, next to doing the whole marriage thing together :). Jamie was absolutely incredible to work with - sweet, easy going and the best attention to detail! We had so much fun shooting with her and are OBSESSED with our wedding gallery! Jamie is simply awesome! She is a true artist and was so easy to work with. We planned our wedding from across the country and she communicating perfectly and I felt confident booking her. She exceeded all of my expectations (and I am picky). I tasked her with doing our photos at the worst possibly time of day for lighting and she still managed to create images that I am in love with! She is a rock star!
Her work isn't like anyone else's. She is unique and stylish in her photography. You will not be disappointed if you use Jamie! I would recommend her to anyone needing photos in Vegas!!

     

I can't say enough about how fantastic Jamie is. I work with a lot of photographers in my professional life and I can sincerely say Jamie Y is my #1. I found her on Instagram a month before my fiance and I's elopement and she was quick to respond my inquiry and answered all my questions before signing on. Since I'm out of town, she gave me tons of recommendations on time of day and location for our wedding pictures to come out perfect. I felt like she was invested in our photos from the beginning and thats what made me feel so comfortable even though we hadn't met! All the way up to the ceremony she was in close contact and on actual day she arrived early. Jamie is extremely professional without losing any of her cool, relaxed vibe. Jamie doesn't mess around, she doesn't just 'get pictures' she gets THE PICTURES. Not only that, she makes it look effortless. Since it was just me and my fiance (well and Elvis) she directed us but also captured candid moments in an authentic and relaxed way. Like a lot of men, my fiance hates having his picture taken and he was the first to say that she was incredible and "super chill" lol. We were comfortable with her from beginning to end and had a preview of images within a week of the wedding day. The images were so much more than we could have ever hoped for. Romantic, a little edgy, a sense of vintage, fun (without being contrived) and truly timeless. We received the full album a few weeks later and were both thrilled with how many quality images came out, I can honestly say I love them all and there isn't a single one I wouldn't frame. Her sense of composition, color, and editing style is simply gorgeous. BEST MONEY YOU'LL EVER SPEND!!!!!
