A Nutty Venue
From Smells Like Peonies Events: The inspiration for this photo shoot was born with the idea of having some modern, elegant, yet timeless details incorporated into a tropical destination wedding venue. When the photographer Ashley Goodwin suggested a historic Dillingham Ranch on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii, I knew we didn’t have to look any further. With the breathtaking views of the Waianae Mountains and the perfect location at the coconut grove, we wanted to keep it simple and fresh.
Shades of Bright Pink
We picked out an elegant, clean and modern Sarah Janks gown from Love and Lace Hawaii. This classic statement dress inspired a high ponytail hairstyle with a natural makeup from the talented Mariah Melanie.
Our lush, and bright florals were made by one of Hawaii’s most creative and talented florist Shilhi from Passion Roots who used different shades of pink, white, and burgundy for the bold, sophisticated tropical look. The flowers set the tone for minimalistic, and contemporary furniture from Roam Rentals Hawaii. This Dillingham Ranch inspiration photo shoot is for all the classic brides who are not afraid of being bright, bold and colorful on their wedding day.
