The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants? It is about four best friends going their separate ways, and no matter where they are, they are connected by a pair of jeans that they take turns sharing. The Borrowed & Blue Project is a little bit like The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, but with a jean jacket and involves Brides.
Co-founders, Dana of Haus of Gravity and Breidi of Scripts For Veronica sought to create something that could be shared among brides that would make an impact.

Each bride who is part of the movement gets to rock a one-of-a-kind jacket on their wedding day in exchange for making a donation to a handpicked non-profit.

How the Shoot Came to life
Wedding planner and designer Dana of Haus of Gravity stumbled upon this vintage gas station in New Hampshire and knew she wanted to have a styled shoot at this retro location. Compass Collective photographed the day. There are so many more photos in the full gallery.
Portland, Maine wedding florist, Electric Flora created the bold and bright wedding bouquet with an actual orange. You have to take a moment to peruse her Instagram. Pun intended, her Instagram is electric.
Edgy Bridal Look
The model looks ever so trendy wearing The Borrowed & Blue Project fringe jean jacket paired with a sheer mesh maxi dress from White Fox.
Dominique Pasquarosa of La Beautique Salon did her bridal makeup. Her hair ring cuff hairstyle was designed by Hair by Marguerite.
