Couple holds hands at garden wedding ceremony

DIY weddings have fast become their very own wedding style, which, contrary to their humble beginnings, can be quite expensive. Peter Loves Jane came up with a new, old-fashioned term: Shoestring Weddings. Without skimping on important things like your wedding photography or flowers you can do most things on a shoestring budget. With that in mind they created this inspirational handmade wedding on a budget.
From the fabric backdrop, to the cake stands and desserts, groom’s boutonniere, and our favorite the hankie bunting. They even made the table cloth and runner. Read on to learn about these easy do-it-yourself wedding projects and see all the photos in the full gallery here, captured by Sami Jo Photography.
