Who runs the world? Girls! This next beautiful wedding inspiration shoot was inspired by all the strong women out there doing their thing and shaking up the world while doing it. Photographer George Liopetas teamed up with Ilianna Kontogeorgi of Time For Elegance and together they created a regal spread. Not only is the bride gorgeous in her Made Bride by Antonea dress but just wait until you see the royal style wedding table!

There will come a time when you will seek for words outside words, for moments outside the thread of thoughts, for images that cling to the beating of your heart. That is when you will find your shared enthusiasm, the truth you have been living, the actions you took towards your dreams, the dancing and singing to your own music. Being a real romantic, there are some subjects that really move me and make me want to talk for them in my power, photography.
The idea of our romantic editorial came up from George Liopetas and Ilianna Kontogeorgi, owner and stylist of Time For Elegance. We wanted to create something simple and beautiful, dedicated to all these beautiful mums who have the strength and courage to raise their children on their own.
The idea was to combine the backdrop of an ancient temple of Athens during winter with a red-and-gold-elegant tablescape and a beautiful mom holding the hand of her beloved tiny daughter like there’s no tomorrow.
Beautiful Details
Our beautiful model, Vasileia Volanaki, looked totally ah-mazing in this ‘Made Bride’ wedding gown as did our beautiful little ‘mermaid’ in this ‘Baby U Rock’ outfit. Floral design by ‘Les Fleuristes’ is for sure among my most treasured details and our ruby velvet paper goods from ‘Just Invite’ were a true showstopper.
Katerina Savrani, owner of ‘Savrani Creations’, created for our editorial this heavenly custom made pair of bridal shoes, that could literally ‘fly’, and our beautiful headpieces, that Frantzeska Koukoula, our makeup and hair stylist, made sure to ‘fit’ perfectly in this beauty. Everything would not be the same if ‘White Lilac’, our tabletop rental company, would not have been there, renting us these elegant beauties for our tablescape setup. The table was set in an awarded-fantastic restaurant, ‘Maria’s Restaurant’, owned by Maria Ekmektsioglou and located near the Athenian Riviera.
