This is a styled shoot we recently planned + designed at Avalon Palm Springs with Victoria Gold Photography. We think this shoot is amazing because it featured a chic California outdoor wedding complete with the groom in a mauve-colored suit, a baby blue vintage car, and beautiful mountainous backdrop of desert rocks and palm trees. The bride showcases an intricate floral-accented dress and embroidered veil, as well as a tropical inspired bouquet that totally compliments the greenery wall at the altar.
Bright gold seating and wicker basket-like pieces set the tone for a fun but intimate ceremony. Muted black and white table settings made the colorful table numbers and centerpieces pop and match the black wedding cake with orange floral and purple geometric accents. Retro glassware and slightly brassy silverware tied the whole table together for a poolside reception.
Guests could be welcomed by a beautiful acrylic sign and while the bride switched into a more sleek and elegant reception gown with an open back. This paired fabulously with a wicker handheld purse and bold white and orange earrings. All these details compiled make for a gorgeous editorial shoot.
