Bride and groom in front of fountain and villa

This incredibly elegant and delicate inspo event featured Arisce and Mike, recent winners of MTV’s “Ex On the Beach.” Arisce might look familiar to some as she has appeared in numerous commercials and other programing in her work as a top model for SLAY models, the world’s first exclusively transgender modeling agency.

“We are committed to representing the LGBTQ+ community, and have made it a priority to portray Trans weddings artistically and luxuriously,” says Ray Barrett of

Radleigh + Sage Event Co

 in a stunning

Monique Lhuillier

gown called “the Dahlia,” Arisce looked as if she was floating on air, a feeling that every bride should experience on her wedding day. This gorgeous dress offered creative inspiration throughout the entire concept, including delicate details on the Artisan cake by

Sugar Alkymi

, as well as edible flowers made of sugar.

The floral design by

Petal By R+S

was a handcrafted love letter to the overall concept of this day, paying tribute to all of the elegant floral details within the dress which is known as a hallmark aesthetic of

Monique Lhuillier

As an added element of romance, harpist

Chiara Capobianco

played a rendition of the couple’s favorite song for their first dance.

Custom stationery by

The Bridal Press

included artwork of the venue itself. This was the artists’ way of signaling what was to come in this dreamy venue.

In an additional stroke of personalization, the sonnet that was shown in

Donna Diedrich Calligraphy

’s handwritten calligraphy is actually written by the planner of this incredible design, Ray Barrett of

Radleigh + Sage Event Co.

The MVP’s (Most Valuable Pieces – of advice!)

1. Focus on your story and what makes it unique, incorporate that into your day in whatever way you can.

 2. Take wedding/marriage advice sparingly.

 3. Don’t forget to experience the day while it’s happening!
