You want your wedding day to be your dream come true, of course, you do! So when Jane Alexandra Events and Rachel Stelter Photography found the perfect fairy tale glen of a venue, they knew they had to share it. And boy have they ever! The Venue
The Pierpont Inn has the most beautiful rose garden where couples can hold their wedding ceremonies. For this shoot, planner and designer Jane — of Jane Alexandra Events — drew inspiration from the venue itself.
Adorable cottages and lush greenery surround the ceremony space and allow you to really remove yourself from reality and step foot into a fairy tale. Jane played off that and created a modernized enchanted forest vibe.
The Style
The gown was one of the most —if not the most— important elements to pull off this vibe, and Fleurish LA did not disappoint! They provided not one but two gorgeous Willow by Watters gowns that were fit for a real-life princess. We paired the Lainie gown with a simple gold BHLDN tiara and then threw on a stunning Olympia Bridal Cape to add a royal flair which turned our Princess into a Queen.
The Aquarius gown was a show stopper with its shimmery rainbow tulle and was made even more beautiful when paired with a cathedral length veil. The groom was dashing in his Royal blue velvet tux provided by Friar Tux and the Barijay Bridesmaids dresses were perfectly whimsical.
The Event
The ceremony was an intimate affair with vintage chairs from Amigo Party Rentals. The already stunning gazebo was spruced up with additional greenery and pops of colorful roses by Velvet Blooms.
The reception table was entirely covered with moss which really added to the Fairy Tale aesthetic. The table provided by Amigo Party Rentals was adorned with vintage tableware from Rustic Peony and more colorful florals from Velvet Blooms. Overhead were hanging orbs so that they could dine underneath candlelight.
Post reception our “Royal Court” was ready for their thrones. The candlelit lounge area also provided by Amigo was simply stunning and the perfect way to end this magical shoot!
