This architecture inspired editorial shoot in Alberta, Canada is intentional, bold, and colour-forward! Featuring gorgeous bold-hued florals and terracotta arches, this design is perfect for the modern couple. Olive & Co. Weddings designed + produced this gorgeous shoot, and she brought together some of the best in the industry from North America to make magic! Gorgeous blooms by Small Floral Design Company set the stage for a magical evening at Kama Restaurant in Calgary, Alberta and photographer Brooklyn Caroline Photography captured all the details of the day. Stationery by Scarlet Gilia Creative made the tablescape stand out with bold wavy placemats & oval menus. Hair & Makeup by Robin created the perfect modern bridal look for a fashion forward bride.
Architectural Details
Throughout the venue, there are many wonderful architectural details that add to every modern couple’s day-of design, like the large navy & terracotta feature arch in the main dining room. The restaurant’s private dining space added to the architectural details with iron-patterned French doors opening into a room with 3 beautiful backlit arches opposite the floor-to-ceiling windows. This venue inspired the pattern & colour-forward design. It was wonderful to work with each vendor to bring life to this design!
