You can pick up supplies at your local craft store, here's what you'll need: scissors, crepe paper/streamers, tape, thumb tacks, twine, and tinsel garland Step 1: Cut crepe paper streamers to a uniform length, (optional, cut some in half length wise with scallop edged scissors)

Step 2: Tie a piece of twine between two thumb tacks. This will be what you attach your streamers to. We used four thumb tacks which gave our streamer wall a scalloped edge at the top. Step 3: Loop a short section of one streamer around the twine and secure that end to the back of the streamer with a small piece of tape. Continue until you have a full streamer backdrop.
