DIY Donut Cake Pops
Who's ready to make some super cute diy donut cake pops from scratch?!
What you will need: 4 cups veg oil for frying,  2 eggs,   1 1/4 cups flour,   1 cup milk,   2/3 cups sugar,   3 tsp baking powder,   pinch of salt,   1/2 cup melted butter,   1 tsp vanilla extract,   1/2 pound white chocolate,   cake pop sticks and sprinkles
Step 1: Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Step 2: Beat the eggs, milk, melted butter and vanilla into the dry ingredients until you have a smooth batter. Step 3: Leave the batter to rest in the fridge for around 30 minutes.
Step 4: Heat the oil in a large pan until about 180C (356F). Step 5: Carefully drop teaspoonfuls of the batter into the oil and fry, turning all the time until they are golden brown and cooked through.
Step 7: Drain on paper towel. Step 8: Trim all the excess and insert cake pop sticks
Step 9: Melt chocolate in a pan and transfer to bowl. You are now ready to dip and dunk your donut cake pops. Hint: If you are not a lover of white chocolate, dark chocolate tastes as equally amazing!
