    Submit a Wedding, Styled Shoot or Event

    Wedding Chicks is always looking for couples/models who are representative of all backgrounds and lifestyles.

    Best Practice for Submitting Your Work

    - Prepare at least 40 photos at 1200 px wide in chronological order.
    - Prepare your write up in a document before you submit.
    - Prepare a document and properly credit every vendor with their correct business name, URL and IG handle.
    - Use correct sentence case. Do not type in all caps or all lower case.
    - If your browser times out, you'll have everything backed up.

    Submission Information

    Image Upload

    - Be sure to include images that tell the story of the day.
    - Images MUST be in chronological order or the submission will not be considered.
    - Images must be at least 1200px wide.
    - Upload a minimum of 40 and a maximum of 60 images.
    - Images with branding will not be accepted.

    Wedding/Event Write Up

    Provide a 3-5 paragraph writeup about the event in chronological order.
    * Feel free to write whatever you like as long as it is publish-ready and mentions vendors involved by name.
    If you need ideas on what to write about, see the following and include:
    - vendors and couple by name
    - best piece of advice from the bride or wedding planner
    - couple's name and any background they would like to share
    - pre ceremony info including hair and makeup artist, - dress(es) designer and exact style
    - details on groom attire
    - venue/ceremony and anything unique or special
    - cake designer and any details to share about the cake
    - reception info and anything unique that may interest other couples
    - Copy that is incomplete or not publish-ready will not be considered.

    Couple Credits (Optional)

    Vendor Credits (Mandatory)

    - Include all vendors
    - Use proper sentence case and correct business names
    - If vendor does not have a URL, use a FB or IG URL
    - If you use an IG URL, you still need to include the @handle
    - Submissions with incomplete credits will not be considered.
