How To Register If You Already Live Together
Most of all my friends lived together before they got married, including myself and my fiance. We combined both of our households to create a hodgepodge collection of stuff. Think mismatched chipped wine glasses and one plate. Yup ... one plate. True story. We weren't going to be entertaining anytime soon.
When it came time to register, we decided that once we received all our gifts we would donate our old items. It was a win win! We were gifted awesome new things and felt like we were giving back at the same time. Yes, you may have a lot between the two of you, but you may be in need of an upgrade.
