the vision: minimalist island vibes

Christina and Zach’s wedding at the Ritz-Carlton Turtle Bay was a celebration of Hawaiian tradition and the beauty of the islands. With sweeping ocean views as their backdrop, their ceremony featured bamboo chairs adorned with white orchid leis by Lulu’s Lei + Bouquets and heartfelt blessings that honored Christina’s late father and their family’s deep island ties. The design by Yasmin Zialcita and ABC Weddings included white florals in modern ceramic vases lining the long wooden dinner tables, letting the wild energy of the waves and the glow of the sunset set the mood.

the fashion

Christina found the perfect crepe mermaid gown for their beach wedding at Grace Loves Lace. She paired the look with ivory satin pumps, a long veil with lace appliques, and a modern pearlescent clutch from Cult Gaia. For the beachy occasion, Zach picked an ivory linen suit and relaxed loafers.

live entertainment

A surprise hula performance and live music by Zach’s friends from Iration added personal touches that made the evening unforgettable. The couple ended the night dancing under the stars before sharing a post-wedding surf session the next morning.

the cake

The couple cut into a delectable three-tiered cake decorated in buttercream frosting and fresh flowers using a custom engraved cake knife and server set.

a confetti exit

The two wanted a fun, celebratory moment before they made their exit, but didn’t want to disturb the surrounding nature. So, instead of having their guests throw confetti, they kept the confetti contained to an umbrella that they simply tipped over, making for easy cleanup. And the result? A super cute moment with just the two of them!
