Romantic Victorian Wedding at House 1881: Ivy & Gary’s Intimate Affair

Share

Bride and groom embrace on wedding day with flowers

On this sunny day in a lovely Victorian garden, Ivy and Gary tied the knot. They held a small affair with only their closest friends and family. House 1881 is a 130-year-old manor house and it provided the perfect backdrop for this romantic wedding. The perfectly manicured garden was made all the more enchanting by the lush florals that lined the aisle, culminating in a stunning full floral arch. Ivy looked every bit the part of the blushing bride in her A-line ballgown while the groom rocked a classic tuxedo with tails.

Mrs. Robinson Live planned and designed this timeless wedding and made sure that every single one of this couple’s fairytale dreams came true. 101 Forest Event Decoration and Bunny Garden created these extravagant floral decorations that completely transform the space. Angel Cheung was there to document every special moment between the couple and their families. AN INTIMATE GARDEN CEREMONY

Ivy & Gary’s intimate wedding was held at the 130-year-old historical building, House 1881, which was the former Marine Police Headquarters in Hong Kong. The rich colonial characteristics of House 1881 are reflected in the Victorian architecture of the buildings on site. A neutral color palette with lavender blooms and greenery kept the design romantic and ethereal. They did a first look before the ceremony so they could take a moment to just enjoy seeing each other. It was a beautiful, tender moment. Surrounded by their close friends and family, Ivy and Gary exchanged the vows and shared their commitment to each other.
