Rock Island Lake Club's Smokehouse Bacon Station provides you and your guests with a carved brown sugar glazed pork belly, bacon wrapped scallops, bacon wrapped dates, chocolate dipped bacon and pork belly sliders with accompaniments such as truffle cream sauce, maple bourbon aioli, chipotle aioli and sriracha mayo. Mmmmmm mac n' cheese is a weakness of mine so when I saw the Cheesy Mac station at Rock Island Lake Club I immediately had to fight of my cravings. This gourmet station includes Mini shells, cavatappi and elbow pasta with classic, white cheddar or spicy queso made to order, served in champagne flutes. Toppings to include duck, crab, short rib, bacon, peas, broccoli, tomatoes, mushrooms, truffle oil, jalapeños & bread crumbs. Oh, doesn't that sound delightful, especially paired with a glass of cabernet sauvignon.

Taco trucks seem like they are heaven sent after a night of dancing. How great would it be to have a Chipotle Bowl station show up at your wedding?!
