In her second season creating both the Luxe and Couture Collections, Ines Di Santo created gowns for two very different brides. The Luxe Collections focuses on a younger, edgier bride with a streamlined, pared down feel that is perfect for the minimalist bride. In contrast, the Couture Collections features her signature dramatic silhouettes and elegant glamor with gowns that seem dreamy, sensual, even otherworldly in soft, feminine hues. The airy silhouettes of these collections were partly inspired by the legendary city of Atlantis while the intricate embellishments and detailing reflects Art Deco at it’s finest.
While these appeal to very different brides, both collections showcase Di Santo’s signature mermaid styles and a vivacity that is intrinsic to much of her work.
