From there your planner will help you create your budget, research, and book vendors for everything from florals to venues and everything in between.
From there they will manage and attend all of your vendor meetings and make sure you and your vendors stay on schedule and don’t miss any important deadlines. They also manage your RSVPs–if you’ve ever planned an event, you know what a big job that is!
DESIGN
Design:
Once Camille and her team have an understanding of the look and experience you want to create for your big day, they’ll take the reigns and get all of the design details ironed out.
They’ll keep you appraised every step of the way with samples and mood boards to ensure you’re all on the same page as everything starts to come to life.
PRODUCTION & COORDINATION
Production & Coordination:
When the day finally arrives, they will take care of everything from coordinating deliveries and the actual setup to making sure your guests get settled in their home away from home and have everything they need. All that’s left for you is to show up and say, “I do.”
