They're inherently beautiful, with their rows of vines, and tend to be in cool, more temperate locations...plus there's bound to be some good wine! For this inspiration shoot, this team paired a different wine from the vineyard with each course, creating a totally unique and interactive experience for the couple and their guests. The light wood accents and airy florals mix beautifully with the polished, modern venue, and bring a little bit of the outside in without shifting the design too far towards rustic.
Brittany Bloom Events & Design created this shoot to showcase Rusty Tractor Vineyards and the incredible options that they have to offer to couples wanting something a little different for their wedding. Tanarah Luxe Floral designed these gorgeous florals that play up the modern side of the venue and incorporate the blue, purple, and green from the wedding's color palette. STRIKING THE PERFECT BALANCE
This inspiration styled shoot at Rusty Tractor Vineyards in Little Rock, Arkansas goes out to all those wine aficionados out there with a penchant for pretty things. The estate harvests acres of muscadine and midwest hybrid vines, which creates a unique backdrop for couples to hold events or to create lovely portraits. The property’s 100-year-old dairy barn has been renovated and expanded into an event center with various rooms and spaces that can accommodate intimate or large gatherings, often spilling onto the covered patios and grounds. “I had been dying to create a shoot that emphasized the natural beauty of Rusty Tractor Vineyards and was beyond excited when Shalae told me she wanted to shoot it! We really wanted to create something that felt at home in the outdoor setting and those grapevines were the perfect backdrop for our romantic getaway. Shalae was the ultimate hype-woman, which really lent itself to getting those perfect shots of our models. The venue as a whole can really lend itself to a classic or modern vibe and I think we managed to pull off a bit of both through our decor, stationery, and florals. The cherry on top of the sundae was definitely having Vibrant Occasions Catering come in with their incredible food to really take the real-life feeling over the top for us,” says Brittany Paden with Brittany Bloom Events & Design.
Brittany Paden with Brittany Bloom Events & Design chose a soft, harmonious color palette of lavender and placid blue hues showcased delicately in the floral design by Tanarah Luxe Floral. The softness of these colors works in tandem with the natural outdoor environment while offering a dramatic juxtaposition to the modern, rustic interior of the space. From the vintage plates to the printed linen napkins displaying a simple knot fold, every detail was executed with precision and perfection. “Everything from start to finish was executed so beautifully by Brittany Bloom Events & Design for this vineyard editorial and combined the perfect amount of vintage touches with the tables and rugs exhibiting modern flair, especially seen in the bride’s two dresses for both the ceremony and reception. I especially loved the old-world touches brought in with the stunning stationery from Lauren Clements of Line Avenue Calligraphy. This editorial was a dream to shoot,” says Shalae Byrd with Shalae Byrd Photography.
A VIBRANT FEAST
The cuisine by Vibrant Occasions Catering for this styled shoot will make your mouth water. Not only does the presentation look delectable, but the flavors mix perfectly with the local vinos by Rusty Tractor Vineyards that were paired with each dish. A pro tip for creating a well-thought-out menu is to consult with your caterer on what wines work best with the dishes being served and how to incorporate local vineyard options for a personal touch. This curated detail will impress your guests and leave a lasting impression. The appetizer menu included mini chicken and waffles with maple syrup and avocado steak toast topped with smoked beef tenderloin and crispy onion tanglers. The main course was served up with pan-seared chimichurri steak alongside tri-color roasted potatoes and blistered vine tomatoes including a watermelon feta salad on the side. For dessert Vibrant Occasions Catering served their famous ice cream sundae station offering two flavors: mint chocolate chip ice cream drizzled with chocolate sauce and topped with mini chocolate mint candies and fresh mint and vanilla ice cream drizzled with caramel and chocolate sauce topped with peanut butter and chocolate candies, strawberries, and colorful sprinkles.
