A PERFECT SETTING

La vie de château

Who doesn't dream of living "La vie de château"? Inspired by the majestic Stonehaven Le Manoir in the Laurentians in the heart of Quebec (Canada), Lulu, planner and stylist from Lulucoeurdebeurre, imagined a cozy and modern atmosphere for this intimate and romantic wedding at the end of winter in warm tones that blend in perfectly in this exceptional place.

Any event is a unique experience in this magnificent 1908 mansion. It has been tastefully restored with carefully chosen antique furniture and breathtakingly beautiful chandeliers as well as a fresco on the ceiling makes it an exceptionally warm and cozy place reminiscent of the castles that one finds in France.

This idyllic setting, facing the shores of Lac-des-Sables, was captured by talented photographer Jessica Samyn Photographie, based in Montreal, Qc, Canada. She captured the beauty of the place and the bond of the couple throughout this day. Fleur Sauvage, a videographer couple, managed to transcribe the love of the couple and the beauty of the place by capturing every emotion.

ADDING WARMTH

La vie de château

Cynthia from Tendem Floral created subtle centerpieces as well as a magnificent bouquet of fresh and dried flowers accented by Maison Note ribbons. This mix of texture was perfectly integrated into the reception room, adorned with stained glass windows and rich woodwork. The chic and modern table facing the fireplace was carefully arranged to fit perfectly into this unique architecture. A subtle mix of vintage tableware and crystal glasses from La Vie Est Une Féte was enhanced by velvet napkins and stunning stationery, created especially for the occasion by Charlotte & Cie.

Pauline from Charlotte & Cie created the perfect stationery in brown and gold tones. The menus, embellished with touches of leather, and the place cards, also in gold engraved leather, added a perfect and natural touch to the decor. Collectif De La Cité, a quartet made up of three violinists and a double bass player, made a link between modernity and tradition. Audrey-Maude and Dominic danced to the sound of Cyndi Lauper's Time After Time superbly performed by the musicians.

THE FASHION

The bride wore the Viola dress by designer Wtoo By Watters from the Dream It Yourself bridal boutique. A bodycon silhouette wrapped in an intricate pattern of embroidered lace. Her hairstyle, adorned with a Luna And Stone comb, and her sublime makeup were created by makeup artist, Catherine Laniel. A pair of beaded earrings from Untamed Petals and a delicate tulle veil completed her look. The groom wore a magnificent three-piece suit in green flannel made to measure at Blandin & Delloye and accented with a tie in warm tones. The elegant rings, in 18k white gold and diamonds, were created by the talented Olga of Loft Bijoux, who tailor-made the unique pieces to reflect the couple's individual style.

A SWEET FINISH

La vie de château

Frenie from Bayard Gâteaux created the perfect sweet touch. The cakes and treats use the signature color palette that is used throughout the shoot. The seasonal flavors with notes of chocolate and caramel were in the spotlight and the donut tower delighted our couple's taste buds.
