As it keeps getting warmer and the latest trends for the new season are beginning to hit the stores we have noticed something; this years summer time vibes have us feeling like flashing back to the 70's. We couldn't be more excited! Happy and bright colors like yellow and orange are everywhere and we know we can rock all the crop tops and floral prints the world has to offer! So bring it on summer, and bring on this totally 70's wedding inspiration designed by Oh happy day!

That 70's Summer
Oh happy day is inspired by the latest fashion trends, so we couldn't ignore the floral and 70's trend this summer. So we absolutely wanted to created a fashionable wedding styled shoot with the coolest vendors. Mrs. Klein wedding planning and Oh happy day searched for the best team to make it happen. For the groom we fell in love with the pale pink suit! For the bride it was absolutely great to find the 70's floral high heels with that great skirt and crop top by Unielle Couture. So they both have a 70's vibe.
The hair style for the bride was created by Lonneke van Dijk Fashionhairstylist, she is the best in Holland, and did a great job with that edgy look. Even the makeup and nails done by Netanya Lushen had that 70's bridal edgy look.
Sweet Little Masterpiece
Even the Cake made by Gebakkerij fit fabulously into the florals and 70's style. The small one topped with cream and flowers was also beautifully designed on the inside, with orange filling between chocolate and yellow cake. It tasted heavenly!
Flower Child
We wanted the florals had to explode, and all the spring flowers made it so fresh and colorful. Bloom Your Life made the huge floral wreath and the beautiful bridal bouquet.
To make everything modern and crisp we asked Studio Ilona to make the stationery. She designed a beautiful suite with the color combination of pale pink, orange and mustard yellow.
