The Richard Nixon Library may change everything you thought you knew about libraries. This venue boasts an ornate ballroom with crystal chandeliers, a palm-lined reflecting pool, and a perfectly manicured garden that's bursting with life! Modern romantic elements pop so nicely against this timeless backdrop.

A Secret Garden

It was a beautiful spring day for our boho garden wedding. JenEvents and The Richard Nixon Library put together this styled shoot to show everyone how beautiful an all-outdoor wedding can be at this hidden gem of a property! Frank Salas captured the day perfectly and had us wishing it was a real wedding! Kevin Reeder Florals made the ceremony site ultra-romantic with all the pampas grass and greenery. 

The Design

The main colors were rust with touches of white and green. A fun and different addition we had was a live artist from Alicia Anne Art to paint the day! Jason's Catered Events put together the most beautiful food that it would be too hard to eat. But you know how delicious it is, so you of course eat it. Create A Party Rentals provided the rust-colored napkins and bistro lighting in the outdoor reception site. Our stunning bride had her hair and makeup done by Mystyles and was outfitted by Styled by TC. The dapper groom was in a dark green suit by Midnight Blue from Friar Tux.

All of the paper goods came from Minted Wedding's Roman Shade collection in Autumn. The three-tiered cake was curated by Sweet Lake Bakery to match the theme perfectly. Besides the beautiful garden setting, you cannot forget about the Nixon Library's stunning ballroom. The classic photo of the couple dancing underneath the chandelier simply can't be beat!
